Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
1. EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer ordering from the EU, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, notify us at: returns@auzea.shop
Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your returned goods (or proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
2. Australian and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees
Our 14-day withdrawal period is in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights:
- Australia: Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
- New Zealand: Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), you have equivalent statutory rights for faulty, misdescribed, or unfit-for-purpose goods.
3. Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them, where possible. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods under EU, Australian, or New Zealand consumer law.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain OTC, beauty and vitamin products may not be eligible for return once opened or unsealed, unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
